Hickory Pulled Pork
An easy, slow cooker version of pulled pork using your favourite hickory-flavoured BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
2 1/2 lb (1.13 kg) Pork Shoulder Blade Roast
3 cups (750 mL) orange juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) liquid hickory smoke
2 cups (500 mL) hickory-flavoured barbecue sauce
6 Kaiser or hamburger buns
Directions
Place pork in a slow cooker. Combine orange juice and liquid smoke and pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or in HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, until the meat is very tender. Transfer pork to a bowl.
Using 2 forks, pull meat apart in shreds. Stir in barbecue sauce. Heat through and serve on buns with a side of coleslaw.
