Bacon, Ranch Macaroni Salad
No matter what the occasion this bacon ranch macaroni salad is sure to be a big hit!

Ingredient
2 cups (500 mL) uncooked elbow macaroni
Dressing:
1/4 cup (60 mL) sour cream
1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (125 mL) buttermilk
1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 mL) onion powder
1 tsp (5 mL) dried dill
1 Tbsp (15 mL) dried parsley
1 Tbsp (15 mL) chives
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) freshly ground black pepper
Salad:
1 cup (250 mL) frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup (175 mL) cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 cup (125 mL) red onion, diced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.
In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, chives, mustard powder, salt and pepper.
Add macaroni, peas, cheese, red onion and bacon to dressing; mix well.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
