Honey Soy Pork Chops
This is a super simple marinade for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Serve with steamed broccoli and tri-coloured quinoa.

Ingredient
4 centre cut or rib pork chops
Marinade
1/2 cup (125 mL) honey
1/2 cup (125 mL) low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, canola oil, garlic and mustard. Pour into a resealable plastic bag and add pork chops. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hour or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade.
Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place pork chops on grill for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to internal temperature of 160 °F (70 °C). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
