PickPork Nuggets
Kids love nuggets and they are sure to love these PickPork nuggets! The perfect finger food for snacks, lunches and dinners.
Cut: Centre Cut Chops

Ingredient
1 lb (500 g) boneless pork loin centre cut chops, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup (250 mL) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (60 mL) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 mL) onion powder
1/2 tsp (2 mL) paprika
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp (15 mL) water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, whisk together egg and water. Set aside.
Dip pork chunks into egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the well-coated pork chunks in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked, flipping them halfway through baking. Serve with your favourite sauce.
Makes: 28 - 30 nuggets.
Note: Don’t overbake your nuggets or they will get dry.
