Smoke ‘n the Valley returns to Buffalo Pound Provincial Park September 9-11, 2022! Sask Pork is a proud sponsor of this three-day Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) BBQ competition, which kicks off on Friday with a BBQ banquet and cabaret. Smoke ‘n the Valley features a KCBS judging course on Friday, trade show on Saturday, a Mystery Box Challenge for KCBS Teams, and the first-ever Kids-Q competition for the next generation of Pit Masters. The Rebellion Brewing beer gardens will be open Friday evening and Saturday, accompanied by a projected viewing of the Banjo Bowl live from Winnipeg, followed by a live band following the game. The awards presentation takes place on Sunday.
