Ginger Marmalade Glaze
A snappy, sweet glaze for our ham.
Ingredients
3 Tbsp (45 mL) soy sauce
3 Tbsp (45 mL) grated ginger
1/3 cup (75 mL) orange marmalade**
Pinch cracked black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, ginger, marmalade and black pepper. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
**Substitute apricot or peach jam
