Pork Sliders 3 Ways: Leftover Roastwich Sliders
A great way to use leftover pork roast!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4-6 minutes

Ingredients
3/4 lb (350 g) cooked pork roast, sliced
1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp (30 mL) Dijon or honey mustard
8 slices of your favourite cheese
1 long english cucumber, sliced
freshly ground black pepper
8 slider rolls
Directions
In a small bowl combine canola oil and garlic. Set aside.
Wrap sliced pork in a foil packet and warm in the oven until heated through.
Top each roll with mustard, slices of warm pork, cheese and cucumber slices. Drizzle with garlic oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper; cover with top halves of rolls.
